剧情简介
故事发生在清末民初之际，世道混乱，群雄横起，正是英雄谱写传奇的多事之秋。凭借形意拳独步江湖的山西太谷镖局总镖头戴海臣（王庆祥 饰），将总镖头的位置传给入室大弟子刘安顺（霍建华 饰），并将女儿戴戎（刘一含 饰）许配与他。谁知一连串的变故让安顺跌入谷底，他被迫远走京师，而太谷镖局的总镖师则由安顺的副手李希平（李健 饰）接任，此后希平更娶了戴戎为妻。另一方面，安顺偶然遭遇泼辣的女土匪路瑶婷（贾青 饰），一镖一匪之间竟因奇妙的因缘慢慢产生了感情。 时局动乱，战火纷飞，在时代变革的重大时刻，曾经在江湖上占有重要席位的镖师们将经历时代的猛烈冲击……。20世纪80年代伊始，位于中美洲北部的小国萨尔瓦多爆发长达12年的内战。政府军和游击队连年激战，人民流离失所，国家破败不堪。11岁的男孩恰瓦和母亲、姊妹生活在一起，他的父亲背井离乡，杳无音信。家中的生活困苦不堪，死亡也随时威胁着他们。本该在学堂求学的恰瓦，却被迫成为了一名端着冲锋枪的娃娃兵。从此，死神成为这群懵懂孩童最亲密最恐怖的同行者……。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
