Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。25岁的姜翰正和父亲一起做着出发前的准备。姜翰是个脑瘫患者，口齿不清，走路不稳，生活难于自理。不过，他也是一个竞技风筝的运动员。他正准备和父亲一同前往潍坊，在国际风筝锦标赛的赛场上和其他风筝高手们一决高下。。
