CW宣布开发《德州巡警 Walker》衍生剧《德州巡警：独立 Walker: Independence》，由Jared Padalecki﹑ Anna Fricke及Seamus Fahey负责。这部剧背景在1800年代后期，讲述Abby Walker的故事，她是位富裕的波士顿人，丈夫在前往西部的途中被杀害；在寻求复仇时她认识了流氓Hoyt Rawlins，两人因而一起来到独立镇，这儿充满想摆脱过去并追逐梦想的人，而主角们将会为这处带来改革。。以“庆丰收、促和美”为主题，选取全国各地文化艺术类、丰收特产类、榜样人物类等农民，通过推介家乡、展示才艺互动参与节目竞演，让最多优秀的农民登上“中国农民丰收节晚会”的舞台。。Someone downloads an app on your phone behind your back.
