70年代初，我东南沿海朝阳市，在国庆节到来之前，准备接待一批外国朋友和台湾侨胞。蒋匪出动“黑鸟”军用机，潜入白沙岛，妄图进行骚扰和破坏。浪花岛指导员杨平带领九连与民兵，保证雷达正常运转。敌人却大放电磁干扰。特务黄占海把干扰机放到台湾渔船上。我军查获干扰机，杨平得知船老大全福是他母子20年前的救命恩人，并确认查获的干扰机不是掩护“黑鸟”的那台。全福提供线索，终于搜出黄占海的干扰机。。Two places are in focus in this soap.
